Ukratko na srpskom: minute koje nisi potrošio vraćamo u punom iznosu u roku od 14 dana od kupovine. Minute potrošene na klipove koji su ispali neispravni zbog naše greške vraćamo na nalog ili na karticu, kako ti hoćeš. Piši na mejl ispod.

1. What you buy

A purchase adds minutes of source video to your account. Minutes are consumed when a run finishes and clips are produced. Failed runs do not consume minutes.

2. Unused minutes

Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund of the minutes you have not used. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days.

3. Faulty results

If a run produced clips that are unusable because of a fault in the Service (broken video, missing audio, captions absent), tell us within 7 days. We re-run it at no cost, or return those minutes to your balance, or refund them to your card — your choice.

4. What we do not refund

Minutes already consumed by runs that worked as described, and clips you simply did not like. The first 15 minutes are free precisely so you can judge the output before paying.

5. How to ask

Email achellez91@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the date of purchase. We answer within 2 business days.
