balclipperz ("the Service") turns long videos into short captioned clips and, when you choose, publishes them to your own social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the clips the Service produces. You confirm you own the source video or have permission to use it. You are responsible for what you publish.

2. Connected accounts

When you connect a social account, the Service acts only on your instruction: it posts the clips you approve and reads the statistics of your own videos. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's settings (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions).

3. Payment

Paid plans are billed per minute of produced clips as shown at checkout. Unused minutes do not expire. Refunds are given for minutes that could not be produced because of a fault in the Service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to process content you have no right to, to harass anyone, or to violate a platform's rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as is. We aim for it to be up but do not guarantee it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.
